We value your satisfaction and want every customer to love their purchase. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please return the item within 15 days of receipt of product.
A return authorization number is needed for returns & should be written on the outside of the box.
Any exchange and/or refunds must be in unused and unwashed condition with the original packaging.
Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with the return.
Original shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
For your protection, we recommend that you return all items through a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Returns made after 15 days of receiving your item will be issued a store credit.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Items returned without a return authorization number or not in original condition will be returned to the customer at customer's expense. We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).
Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received.
